There's a bridge you can't miss leaving downtown Savannah — the tall cable-stayed span with its twin concrete towers, carrying Highway 17 up and over the Savannah River. For us, it's the start of a familiar drive.
The Talmadge carries you from Savannah out to Hutchinson Island. From there, a smaller bridge over the back river drops you across the state line into South Carolina. One highway, a couple of bridges — and our two offices sit at either end of it: Savannah on the Georgia side, Hardeeville on the South Carolina side.
In Georgia, we've spent years building and restoring across Savannah — new custom homes, high-end renovations, and the historic homes that give the city its character. The Landings, Skidaway, Tybee, Richmond Hill.
In South Carolina, the work continues — Bluffton, Hilton Head, and the golf communities around them. Same coast, same climate, same standard. We build there the way we build here: from the ground up, with nothing skipped.
For a homeowner, it means one builder who knows this whole stretch of coast — the soil, the storms, the way a house here has to be put together to last. Whether your lot sits in Georgia or South Carolina, you get the same crew, the same hands, and the same name behind the work.
